We often stay here for past 5 years (includingits previousownership). Love this property and staffs.

Cons:

This is the first time ever heard that they are charging extra for parking. Upon talking to the manager, he mentioned that this is a policy at Virginia beach, which i never heard in other properties. Although the manager waived the fee and we appreciate that.

Modern and smell of the lobby

Cons:

The receptionist there does not let us check out it was a waste of time!! He was insisting that I should call booking.com the payment did not go thru in their system. I already show the receipt booking number and deduction. This issue is problem between garner and booking.com. Finally he realised it was paid!!!
I keep flipping my pillow too because the smell was like sweat.

I regretted booking this facility.

The facility is old! Expensive for the quality. The air conditioner/heater did not work and we froze, left early just to warm up.
