The front desk people were very polite
Pros:

Had a disabled room on the first floor, was good size and very convenient to get in and out of.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little better. Had to walk outside to get to the room and to the breakfast area.

Pros:

We often stay here for past 5 years (includingits previousownership). Love this property and staffs.

Cons:

This is the first time ever heard that they are charging extra for parking. Upon talking to the manager, he mentioned that this is a policy at Virginia beach, which i never heard in other properties. Although the manager waived the fee and we appreciate that.
