Awful, you must refund my money

My deep dissatisfaction with everything around me starting with the front desk staff, who lack customer service skills, to the room that smelled musty, and the poor quality of the breakfast service, equipment, and cleanliness.
I had informed the front desk about the room's odor, hoping someone would be sent to address it, but nothing happened. Today, since 6:00 AM, we have been plagued by constant noises ,doors opening, bells ringing, and a total lack of privacy.
I had hoped to change rooms, but the customer service team was indifferent; even the internal phone line connecting the room to customer service was not working. I paid nearly $365 expecting an exceptional experience, but it was a complete letdown; the room was terrible, and the overall experience was poor. I even explained the situation to a staff member, mentioning that I wanted to stay a little longer to sleep since I had the option to extend my stay longer, front desk agent said only until 12:00 PM which is nothing.. despite all these issues, you want to charge me an extra 50 if I extend my stay. This is not hospitality , you must restructure the system from scratch.

Served It's Purpose
Pros:

I like the location, the room floor location was good, it was quiet, friendly staff. I didn't go to the continental breakfast. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. AC and heating system was good. Bathroom was clean, water was hot. Soft towels. Hallways always smell good and clean. Parking area was good. I like the key cards.

Cons:

I didn't like the paying for parking.

Pros:

Gute Lage, schnell am Strand und an der Promenade, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Sehr feucht im Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig. Alles leicht in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr wirklich guter Standard. Trotzdem OK für die kurze Zeit, die wir da waren.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, but I would suggest investing in a waffle machine and have more fruits for the kiddos. Everything was close the beach, stores, restaurants etc.

The carpet was soooo dirty and smell bad. I had to pay separately for parking
