Peaceful, clean, quiet hotel.
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and I highly recommended to anyone visiting El Paso. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and it is peaceful and quiet. It is a very non-pretentious no-frills hotel that is clean quiet and the staff is wonderful. Ericka, the lovely lady who checked me in, was always so polite and courteous towards me. After flying for two days from Southeast Asia and arriving in El Paso before taking my final flight back to Canada, I was exhausted. So having a friendly face with the warm welcome from Ericka was a true blessing. Housekeeping at this hotel is exceptional and they really do a great job cleaning. I did not find any hair or dirty food crumbs in my room upon entering. It smelled nice. The pillows were clean. And although this was a dog, friendly hotel. I did not hear any barking dogs or did not smell any animals in my room. The price I paid, I was really impressed and I will most certainly book back here when I returned to El Paso in October.

Cons:

I had some noisy neighbours for a few nights, but the front desk did a great job in making sure they keep it down. There is also no telephone in the room to make local calls. Although they offer wonderful coffee in the lobby all day I wish they would offer breakfast but if that means the prices will be more expensive than I would rather it stay the way it is.

Pros:

La verdad supero mis expectativas nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia, cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación olía a limpio y estaba super fresca. El refri enfriaba muy bien, me encantó que no tenía alfombra eso lo hace mucho más pulcro

Great value, good location.
Pros:

The location is good. The parking lot can be difficult. The value is excellent. We have stayed here many times while traveling through.

Cons:

The bathroom is showing signs of age and is clean but the sink didn’t drain well and the floor was kind of sticky, it seemed from the mop not being well rinsed.
