It is close to many shopping areas

Cons:

The older woman at the front desk kept over charging me, even though I was told a set price on my app (including taxes and fees, she was very rude and constantly trying to charge me for anything and everything including switching towels out. The room has disgusting floors that left black residue on my socks, and room service constantly tried forcing me to have them clean even though I showed them the room was clean (my items were neatly put in the corner, dirty towels piled neatly in the bathroom and food items nicely put away. They are crooks and will go to great lengths to overcharge you.

Pleasantly Surprised
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. A/C was a newer unit and was quiet and cold. Room was hot when we got there but left the a/c on and when we came back a short while later the unit was shutting off because the room had reached 65°. Have a lot of premium tv channels.

Cons:

Not the greatest area. Some stuff was kind of worn and damaged but the cleanliness and comfort made up for it.
