A disaster. I have stayed in hundreds of motels and this placed was the most overpriced ever.
Pros:

Hot water.

Cons:

I own two lodging properties so I am very aware of all conditions expected at overnight lodging. This place was primarily full of long term rabble. I felt very unsafe and was approached several times about buying drugs. I requested a move closer to the office the first night and was refused a move. Office staff was rude and no help. This place cost $100 per night with taxes and is truly a $30-40 per night property. There is no excuse for the condition, rude office personnel, or price for this property. I will never stay at this property again even if it was $20 per night. I prepaid was the only reason I stayed here for the whole 5 night stay. I was in town because my mother broke her hip and was in the hospital. Her home was full with other relatives.

Not happy
Pros:

I usually enjoy staying here, fairly comfortable and good location

Cons:

I book this motel expecting to use the pool , pool was nasty, but we waited until the next day hoping maybe they hadn’t got around to cleaning it , it was not clean the next day so we talked to employee , we were then informed that the pool was down, we checked out a day early , they refused to give us any partial refund “because we booked online”

It was close to convenient stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Been there a few times and NEVER had any problems like this. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned at all. It was dirty and had a cup that the previous occupants left behind. Asked for a non smoking room and the room smelt like cigarettes and more.

Very uncomfortable stay
Pros:

I liked that it was next to Dennys

Cons:

Wanted a non smoking room, room stank like an ashtray. Bed was soo uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. I would have a hard time finding pillows more uncomfortable. The ac didn't cool the room. Very dissatisfied.

I won't stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was friiendly.

Cons:

The carpet was wet and the room stunk. There was only one towel per person and the shampoo was one little tear open pouch that didn't even lather up and not enough for two people. The shower head leaked out of the shower curtain on to the bathroom floor. When you are in a room that stinks it's hard to feel comfortable thinking about mold.
