Perfect for a night

I booked this hotel through Booking.com because we were traveling with our child and wanted a hotel with a pool. The first photo prominently shows the outdoor pool, but when we arrived, we were told it was closed for the entire summer.

I asked to cancel because the pool was the main reason for our booking, but the receptionist refused and said it was my fault for not checking the hotel’s own website. I booked through Booking.com, where there was no clear notice about the closure.

This was very misleading, and the staff showed no willingness to help or offer a refund. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Not a complete waste of money

Location. Good gym

Cons:

Pool on the fritz on the 4th of July weekend. Utterly ridiculous, utterly inept of management. Terrible.

Easy check In with first floor. Bar type restaurant in parking lot for quick bite. Good coffee machine.
Pros:

Convenient and easy check in with nice convenience market in lobby with complimentary coffee.

Cons:

They offered complimentary cookies 24hrs and some other amenities that they were out of. Not a major deal but noted.

Ok stay for the value
Pros:

Friendly Staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

Pillows weren't very comfortable,shower was lukewarm ☹️ even after allowing it to run for a few minutes and no Coffee pot.
