The room smelled like it was a smoking room
The location is great. The room was spacious and had all the required amenities. The continental breakfast was good. The dining area is small, but you can take your food to your room. Our room had a table and chair so it was great.
Cleanliness of room and comfort of bed exceeded expectations.
Front desk personnel called about a bag left behind and held for a week when we returned.
Provided useful information to avoid road closures by wildfires.
Confusion at check-in - front desk didn't understand reservation.
Given inaccurate information about local resturants.
The constant walking back and forth in room above was awe inspiring...must have been a family up there....constant thumping on the floor was amazing...had to turn the tv to 50 to mostly drown out.. :)

The king bedroom was the bed was super comfortable.
The towels could be improved. They felt old and not very soft and absorbent.
Clean, comfortable room. Bed very comfortable. Room amenities acceptable.
Bath/shower, et al, could have been better. Front desk worked hard to be helpful but some information offered on local matters not always accurate.
