Filthy pool and room
Pros:

Free cookies and rather friendly front desk clerk

Cons:

Filthy pool and room. Almost couldn't see the poolfloor because of the filthy water. We had bloedsplatter on the bedsheet and hairs on our pillows. We went to bed late in the evening when we saw this. We went straight to the front desk, but there was no one. There was a phone on the front desk and that's how we reached the front desk clerk. We told her what we encountered and she wasn't really surprised or didn't excuse for the filthy sheet and pillows. She didn't want to see it either. She left new sheets and pillowsheets in a basket in front of our roomdoor. We needed to change the beds ourselves. Next morning we mentioned it again and that we didn't thought it was ok, but she wasn't really interested in happened. I read another review about bloodsplatter..hopefully it wasn't the same bedsheet...Before all of this we thought that the front desk clerk was friendly, but a bit weird friendly.. exaggerated friendly.

Could have been better
Pros:

The room was ok but it was so noisy from a fan or something running in the room next to our room all night that we could not sleep and the air conditioning was very loud and was not easy to adjust as well. We have stayed here before and it was not this noisy. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and could not get a refund either.

Wonderful front desk staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Great breakfast and the location was very close to family that we were visiting.

Joya at the front desk is exceptional! She is always concerned with the happiness and comfort of her guests. Her daily cookies and popcorn are a wonderful touch!

The towels could be a bit thicker.
