Although there were some good aspects, having my wallet stolen had a negative impact on our entire stay.
Our experience had been good until the worst thing happened, which had a very negative impact on our trip and stay. We accidentally left my wallet with cards and cash in one of the drawers in our room. When we realized it was missing, we called the hotel and were told that it was not there.
Although we acknowledge that we were the ones who forgot it, we feel it is very unfair that someone took it and did not return it to us. This says a lot about the values of the staff and, consequently, of the company. We were left with a very bitter feeling and a complete lack of trust.
Location was ok
The beds and walls had mold. The mattresses was super uncomfortable. They offered a second room which had mold as well.
Great AC, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.
Would have liked more for breakfast than just waffle, toast or cereal. Yogurt or a protein would’ve been nice.

The location and the pool over all stay was peaceful
Closeness to restaurants, hospitals and activities. Quiet, well lit parking lot and the area is clean, great staff.

There wasn't much to like, unfortunately. The rooms were large so that is a plus.
The room door did not close. We had to stack our luggage in front of the door from the inside to keep it closed. The door latch did not match up, so there was no way for it to stay closed. The outside door on the side of the building was also unlocked despite a sign saying for your safety, the door would be locked and only accessible with a room key. If it wasnt late at night and we needed to sleep, I would have kept going.
