The staff made it stress free for us because ours was last minute. The hotel and grounds themselves are immaculate. The rooms, lobby, breakfast area etc are very clean and very well kept. The breakfast is always good!!
Service is excellent , good food and helpful staff. The only thing that i can say is no elevator going up to 2nd floor. Huge parking lot.

The mattress could’ve been firmer. And the noise outside could’ve been better.

Loud air conditioner
Staff were friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome with our mini dachshund. Room was large, beds comfortable. Breakfast had excellent choices. Hotel was quiet.
Nothing at all to say
This was a good choice for our stay in Kenora. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Was quiet at nights during our stay. Good breakfast and choice of hot drinks at other times. Pleasant staff. Passes to the local pool/ rec centre were a bonus. Would definitely visit again.
