Don't stay here.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and nice. Seems like the mattresses were replaced relatively recently, but those were the only two positive things about this place.

Cons:

The whole first floor smelled like strong urine the first 2 days we stayed here. We couldn't turn on the AC, despite it being 87F and humid outside, because the smell came out of the vents. We were informed that cleaning staff hadn't shown up and after this, the smell in the hallway improved but the air coming from the vents was still awful - I don't even want to know what or where the smell was from.
Didn't use it, but the pool looked suspiciously bubbly/foamy when we walked past. The entire stay (4 nights), the wifi did not work at all. Don't expect much from the breakfast.

The worst experience ever!
Pros:

The hotel was dirty. Sheets and beds were messy. There was a horrible dirty smell throughout the property. Breakfast area was also dirty. Pool was closed, probably for the better!

Cracks in the ceiling. Leaking windows and doors. Stained towels and bedding :(

I was disappointed with the selection. Not a lot to choose from. The warmer the you could put scrambled eggs and sausage in was on but nothing in it.

Not clean at all. Bathroom had hat all over, floor not vacuumed at all, fridge dirty, bedding dirty and stained we didn’t even sleep under the blankets or sheets. Stuff and trash under the beds.
Site says breakfast included but we went down at 6:30am and there was nothing. Almost empty juice, warm yogurt, no other breakfast items.

Pros:

Comforters were stained badly. Continental breakfast was cereal (no milk), oatmeal packets, pieces of bread, coffee cake, coffee (was the best part) and apples. There was a pancake machine but didn’t work. Pool was salt water and no hot tub access. Towels smelled like they were old or not washed. Just not a good visit.

Pros:

Where to start. Don’t let the pictures and the “okay” reviews fool you. This place is very rundown and very mismanaged. When we arrived we found dirty socks and garbage on the floor sticking out from under the beds. There was a dusty film on all of the counters and furniture, dried drippings on the headboards - don’t even want to think about what they were from - and pubic hairs in the shower. And the smell! PEW! The rooms and lobby were not vacuumed, especially in the corners and around the furniture. There was a wrecked car with what looked like four slashed tires sitting right out front with half of the front gone. Disgusting and unbelievably gross. I cannot warn against this hotel enough.
