It was duty blankets with blood stain, ripe, no toilet paper, no towels, not working tv rub duty
It’s near a Walmart and didn’t need down deposit

The property had a transient harassing the guest . We were out side with my daughters and he started to yell at the them . Asking what they were looking at . First of all sir we are the beach . They will be looking at everything.
Welll when we first arrived we had to switch rooms due to the hot water wasn’t working properly, the ice machine has black mold . So don’t use that . The pool was not clean . Breakfast was decent. And staff was good .

I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
The shower was hard to work and we receive no towels in the hotel upon arrival.

No hot water....was placed on the 3rd floor where the walk ways were not clean and it seemed a little sketchy

Close to beach access
Are room was not very clean. The hot water didn’t work had to call staff to deal with it and still had trouble. Stains and hair all over in our beds upon arrival. Bedding smelled

it was not clean, there were traces of poo in the toilet, towels had strings, a lot of stuff like plugs, lamps etc ..
There was nothing I liked about this hotel. The lady at the front was injured and overwhelmed which I empathized with, outside of her being helpful it was an absolute disaster.
we waited 25 minutes for the room to be available due to overbooking. While waiting two separate gentlemen came in; one saying his tv wasn't working the other saying he ran out toilet paper. Once we checked in and paid $125 for the night, we parked in the parking lot which had shady characters drinking beer and smoking weed like it was a frat house which made my wife very uncomfortable. Against out better judgement we decided to see what the room looked like as it was late and we had been driving 10 hours at that point. after walking up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator on property) we got to our room which looked more like something you'd expect at a very cheap motel. There were stains on the walls and scratches all over the doors. The roll of toilet paper in the room was like 2/3 empty, so it did not appear the room had been cleaned or serviced well. My wife and I decided to just take the loss and we left and drove to Santa Cruz to find lodging there instead.
I liked that I was able to check out early and get my day refunded.

When I got there , to check in , there was no rooms available because they had over booked. I had to wait for a room to be available and it was filthy sheets were dirty.The floor was dirty with stains and dirt room very dusty and the coffee pot was not cleaned with mold i was not happy room 119 was a nightmare
