Water at shower was cold and hot switch by itself

We went to call the office for extra towels and our phone was not working at all. We had to walk down to the office to ask for more and let them know our phone was not working. They did not acknowledge that our room phone was not working and nothing was done about it. The room was really small. There were stains on the comforter.The biggest problem we had was when we went to use the shower our first night and it was horrible. We could barely pull the knob out to get the water going and when we finally did we could not control the temperature. It was either freezing cold or way too hot. There was no in between and the knob was obviously broken. We could not call down to the office because it was late and our room phone did not work. My wife was very unpleased.

The hotel room was really dirty and the room looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was stains on the mattress and the sheets and blankets looked very dirty and stained

That they allowed so much smoking it reeked of smoke/weed and was a bit ghetto and the shower was pretty small my bf is 6'3 ft and he had to squat to be able to rinse off, bed sheet had stains

Room lacked proper lighting, lamp had missing bulb and room's floor felt sticky.

Room was very small and needed more attention to cleanliness.
Facility overall needed more cleaning

Random broken Sheetrock, semi see through window covering, generally rough around the edges. Acceptable for the low price. I suggest asking to see a room before booking.

Once checked into the room we found we had no towels or washclothes. The toilet seat was loose we then discovered the refrigerator was not working followed by smoke detector seem to not be working as wires were exposed. Asked for non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarette and had a pet odor. Smelled really bad when using the A/C. Also when we got there we had requested a bottom room and was told the they have people who are living there for 3 mo at a time and they were given all the bottom floor rooms so only second and third floors were available and they have no elevators. They also allow big pets that are in all the rooms and they dont clean the rooms.to get rid of the dog smell. We will not be staying at this establishment anymore and advise, others not to stay. Staff didn't care about any of our issues like it was not a big deal. We had 2nd floor room #247.

I was sleep first floor second floor was footstep sound
I couldn't sleep all night after night- five days I absolutely would not recommend for this place.

Sheets and pillow cases were stained, toilet was broken, black mold in the shower, trash wasn't taken out.

When I asked for a refund I ended up being double charged and instead of helping I was told to call my back.

Needless to stay, I wouldnt ever stay here nor should anyone else.
