Super 8 by Wyndham Crescent City

The hotel was terrible. Everything looked very old and worn out. The room was dirty, the bed linens did not seem clean, and overall it felt like the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The shower curtain in the bathroom was in terrible condition and looked very unpleasant. In the morning, there was also a lot of noise from cars outside. At most, this hotel is suitable for just one night if you are on a long road trip and only need somewhere to sleep. I would not choose it for a longer stay.

Colazione insufficiente, lavanderia senza sapone

1) The comforter /bedding on the master bedroom Was not clean .

2) 2 towels did not smell fresh. Black spots on floor mats
3) mold in showers .
4) bathroom door handle was so loose . We did not close door for fear of being locked in
5 ) heating element ceiling had black k marks as if it had shorted out
6) mold around inside frame of shower door
7) liquid soaps smelled old
8) breakfast as offered had no milk or cereal products. No fresh fruit. No juices .
9) The manager only took my key when I went in office and when I wanted to dis use the issues he proceeded to ignore me and walked back to his office I assume. Disregarded. Me. I wasn’t rude just wanted to discuss this. I have pictures
10) The floor tile between the bathroom and the main room had not been closed wiwirh grout . Easily someone could cut their feet , ties or trip . No board or frame between. This was huge and I placed a towel on it so my husband and I would not trip
I was told they had no more rooms available and if I wanted a lower level I should have advised them earlier in the day. We had room 215 . Requesting a refund .

Целую ночь был сигнал с причала через короткий промежуток времени. Грязные полы, простынь в не понятном мелком мусоре. Тараканы. Блохи. Это было ужасно! Завтрак очень плохой.

Ragazzo al check in non si mostrava neanche da sotto il bancone, sgarbato. Chiedeva quanto avessimo speso per l’acquisto di non so cosa quando eravamo solo appena entrati alla reception?! Struttura molto datata. La porta del bagno era rotta al centro da un buco che poteva essere in pugno! La porta della camera aveva molteplici mancanze nella chiusura. Vasca poco pulita. Nel parcheggio auto dismesse (una di sicuro era lì da tempo immemore, cadente).

They charged me at the hotel after I already paid on booking.com. I need to get ahold of super 8 to get that second charge back

Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints.

The room had sand on the floor all over the room including the bathroom, the sheets didn't feel like they had been cleaned.

It took a long time to check in. Their system was down at that time.

Filthy apartment size reference. Freezer. Electric charger for cell phone inoperative. No paper seal around toilet seat lid showing it had been cleaned and sterilized. No carpet on floor making it cold. No instructions on how to use tv remote. Built up ice in freezer with broken door. No tissue in dispenser. At $160. per night. It was crappie. My wife and I are both disabled and we're stuck on the 2nd. Floor. No elevater.had to carry our stuff up to and down from our room. We are owners of worldmark. And we're ashamed.
