Super 8 by Wyndham Ashburn

The room was quite OK for a lower-cost motel. The breakfast was very limited.

The room was fine, except we reserved a King bed and when we checked in, we were told they didn't have any King Beds.
After some discussion, we agreed to a double bed room. We had to call the front desk because no one gave us the password for the wifi when we checked in.
While the room was alright, the overall facility and the neighborhood needs some TLC

The room smelled terrible and was in poor condition, hot and looked dirty. We went to the office and asked for a different room and the second room smelled worse than the first. We asked for a refund and left. Huge inconvenience after driving 7hrs and having to start looking for another hotel at 11:00 pm at night.

Nothing special. You get what you pay for.

Unfortunately there were no rooms with double beds available even though it was offered on expedia. Thankfully I was given a refund. (Wont give 1 star review due to mix up... but also never made it to a room.. so I say a 3 on overall experience)

The bed dlept comfortable.

Continental Breakfast. Coffee available and 2 types cereal. Was offered waffles. Requested bagels or similar. Was brought cinn/raisin bagels and butter / cream cheese per request. It was 630 am - maybe too early.

If you’re looking for a five star experience, this is NOT it! However, if safety, hot water and soft toilet paper are important, this place is great!

This property provided excellent value. It's a basic motel set up with clean rooms and personable, professional staff.

Front desk person was Super nice

I like the rooms we clean and the bed were comfortable but the hair dryer didn’t work and the coffee pot button wouldn’t stay on you had to hold it just for it to work

Location wasnt the greatest, had to go 20 miles to get good eating place, everything else outstanding.

Some man had a key to the room i was in and walked in on us felt very unsafe the whole night and was afraid it would happen again

Property suited our needs and reception did change my room when i had accidentally booked a smoking room. However bed covers were marked and had cigerette burns on them, the AC unit was old, noisy, dirty and dusty.

DO NOT stay here. It is cheap for a reason.
We just wanted some where off the highway, quick to get a couple of hours if sleep, and that DiD NOT HAPPEN.

The toielt seat lid was cracked, with chunk out if it, the carpet was grose. The beds looked clean, so I told my self, it was just a place to sleep for a couple of hours. Laid down and the noise started around 9:30pm, just as we were trying to fall asleep. Dogs barking, kids screaming, mom screaming at the kids. Then they were moving furniture in the room off from there truck. Going in amd out of truck slamming doors. We kept thinking it would stop and it wouldnt.

We packed up our napsacks and went to office to complain and check out and get our money back. The owner said yes he would give me my money back, but i had to call expedia and get them to call the owner to issue the refund.

After muple times with messaging expedia and me calling owner, they would not give me my money back. Lesson learnt, i will never staying in a hotel owned by this chain again.

Burn holes in bedspread and sheet. Went to take a shower and the handle of the shower fell off. You could tell it was just put on not affixed to the shower valve. Office staff was great. Wouldn’t usually have stayed here but we needed somewhere to close our eyes after 17 hours of driving.

Wouldn't give me a refund. Left because the place was infested with flies and other bugs. I told them within a reasonable time. I am leaving terrible business to not refund a stay I didn't have.
