My tub was stopped up I had hair on my towels and they tried to keep $20 of my security deposit trying to say that there was a smell in the room and that I had to take out my own trash because it was too much trash but my trash was inside of the trash can which they provided

The location was very sketchy. I did not realize the area had gone down that bad. I was nervous going back and forth to my car and was worried about the car. If I had known the area was that bad I would have never stayed there and won't do it again.

Lady at front desk was rude and not helpful , pool not clean or open , sand and trash left in the hotel
Room , tub was nasty , sat night was horrible , outside the other guest was loud and arguing , and upstairs jumping, loud music and arguing happened all night ! We also had to keep getting the room keys fixed as they kept not working and the lady said don’t put them in a wallet , or near a phone , or near anything metal
Or electronic 😒never had this issue anywhere else in my wallet , but the real funny part was I left them on the table inside the hotel walked out to my car had them in my hand the whole time and yet still did it 😒, cracks in wall and u can lose a deposit over almost everything , also don’t move the chair or furniture even if they r crowded in and hanging half way out into the floor or u will also lose ur deposit , be sure to put ur broom back in the closet to and open ur curtains cause she gets mad if she has to do it and she will have u stand there as she inspects everything like ur in jail getting raided like a criminal

When you book a room for 2 people with a shared bed the bed is tiny, they say it's a full size bed but 2 people can barely fit in there. If you want a room that can actually accommodate 2 people they make you pay the room difference. They have received this complaint a lot since they have a justification sheet printed and highlighted.

The smell. I think changing the carpet would help. Upgrade to the beds would also justify the cost. Onsite parking was a disaster, having to park around the corner made it unsafe at night.

bathroom was left with urine as soon as we opened the door , fridge wasn’t working , sheets had bed bugs , when leaving to go to the beach or store manager would lock our cards , couldn’t get our stuff cause staff said they’ll keep it n our deposit. had to call police for them to open our door yo get our stuff

Very dated and in need of extensive updates on furnishings. No filters in vents leading to outside, so insect activity was unavoidable even indoors. Followed checkout instructions and left the room clean and still haven’t gotten my deposits for the stay returned to me 3 weeks later…

Staff seemed mistrusting at first but by our second night they lightened up 😁
Seems like they get burned by locals quite a bit so I can't really blame them.

Loud air conditioner, coffee pot didn't work, towels were rough, clothes left in room from previous customer.
