Nothing wrong with hotel. It was a last minute find to help someone out for a couple days.
The room is filthy. The covers are burn up. Roaches in the room. The front desk is rude as hell. I went to the front desk to ask for linen ad towels and was told they didn't have any. They lazy as hell didn't want to walk to the housekeeping closet to get me the stuff. Do not go to this place my job booked me here I left the door wide open because this place should be shut down. I don't even see how they are still in business. I'm going to figure out who I can call to push the issue to get this dump closed down. Crackhead hotel. And he owner and his whole family live on the property and the house keepers. But no one could get me anything I needed I was told wait until 11 for the housekeeping. When they should have linen and towels and rags at the front desk. I have never been to hotel that doesn't have linen or rags or towels at the front. They half clean the room I had hair on my ceiling in the bathroom mold in the bathroom. Air conditioner loud as hell. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN. KNOCKED DOWN AND NVER BUILT UP AGAIN. VERY NASTY PLACE AD PEOPLE.
Bed bugs, the whole property was dirty, and very unsafe feeling. We did not stay and I lost that money. No refund
No good
The owners are remodelng sonthere are no ammenities and wont fis things that are broke like the toilet loose in the bathroom. Even said something and no one cared to follow up
Very noisy property was renovating and non smoking room smell was not good at all
Very strong smell of smoke in room, cigarette burn holes throughout the sheets, faucets and doorknobs loose and almost falling off, dirty barefoot print on bathroom door, and hole in bathroom door likely from punching it.
I've stayed here before, but they have no cont breakfast now, no coffee in lobby. No coffee maker in rooms. Floor stayed wet the entire time we have been here. And now the heat/air unit quit working. It's cold. This is expensive for these rooms and no coffee makers. Not even ice machine or vending machine.
They don't have a shuttle to and from the airport and no breakfast
Room was disgusting. Stains on bed and chair. Door lock was broken and a fire hazard I couldn’t get out of room. Then the smoke detector was chirping. The front desk wouldn’t give me a new room. Kept me up fixing door and lock and smoke detector. Was so dirty but I was tired and just needed sleep. Grossest room ever
This hotel is garbage! The toilet was leaking. There were no sheets on the bed. There were people hanging out in the parking lot. I don’t recommend it to anyone who values quality.
Good stay
Inexpensive
Place looked ran down when I pulled up. It was just me and about 3-4 cars in the parking lot. Lady in the front was cool. Whenever I got into the room it literally smelled like mildew. I was in there for 3-5mins before having to turn in my keys. You’ve been warned.
Horrible
The air condition equipment was useless even after changing rooms
This place was so run down and unsafe. I left before unpacking. If I could leave photos you’d see a pool filled with black water filthy and rusty exterior, a broken sharp soap holder in the bathroom, stains on the chair and mattress that were disgusting. I wouldn’t leave a dog there.
I book a room at this accommodation at last minute, so this is my last choice because other hotels all sold out. This hotel has fair price which is the lowest in Fultondale. So people who just need a place to stay overnight, this would be fine.
For who want to discover the area with a clean & comfortable place to stay, this is not the one. In the room just has basically a bed to sleep & a bathroom. It doesn’t have napkin, coffee machine or the iron machine. All the bed sheet & cushion is kinda old & smell not good. The surround area the place is not clean. It feel like unsafe at night too.
Roaches!!! ROACHES!!! R O A C H E S!!!! Nasty place with roaches and bedbugs. Nasty bathroom, linen, and seemed like a motel where people struggling with addiction or something else would visit.
I checked in and checked right out after seeing the bugs in the room.
The toilet leaked water on the floor. The room had an odor. 5 channels on the tv. I have paid less for better accommodations
