Close to concert

Cons:

Smelled musty. Bathroom floor was dirty. Staff walked into our room at 10:55am saying time to check out.

For the price, it was better than I expected
Pros:

The place was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. For the price we paid it was better than we expected.

A little shabby but it was nicer than other places I have stayed in with similar prices.

Didn't stay left at 2 in the morning

The bathroom door was broken the sheets and pillow cases were yellow ish not a clean room very disappointed

The room met the need of providing a basic place to sleep.

Staff was able to check me in early.

The water in the shower was hot/comfortable

Cons:

The facilities were poor. The light fixtures in the room flickered. The overall facility and room had an unpleasant order. The front desk staff was rarely present. I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat/fan. Since this was the cheapest rate for the area I should not have expected much.
