Overnight desk Staff is friendly, rooms are better than before.
Pros:

The rooms have changed entirely since I first stayed here in 2017. Everything was clean, updated, and I enjoyed having the room on the end of the building.

Cons:

Ice machine was down- but they still accommodated the guests who needed ice.

All went well in room accommodations except the check-in with hotel staff and booking..com

The room was comfortable

Cons:

The desk clerk refused to cancel a double booking that we didn’t not reserve. Booking.com made it harder for us to cancel a double booking that I didn’t book. The hotel or the booking.com parties don’t not want to cancel a booking in which I didn’t reserve.

Pros:

Sparse. Oatmeal and coffee. Period.

Cons:

The ice machine was out of order for all three days. Arizona was having record high temps and all we could get was one small block of ice, the size of half a pack of buns. A day.

Decent wonderful stay!
Pros:

The room I booked for had a queen size bed, microwave above the refrigerator, a small table by the AC/fan, bathtub, and DirecTV watching. I liked what the room had. They also serve breakfast such as coffee, tea, cold cereal, toast/bagel maybe, and hot water for instant oatmeal. I didn't get a chance to come down in the morning and eat. This is the place to stay if you prefer a room with a small fridge, microwave, and decent breakfast.

Cons:

The room I stayed in had a floor that would creak when I go to the sink. At night, I would try to go to around or over that creaking part so I wouldn't wake or disturb the bottom floor.

It was a cheap hotel experience but was costing over 100.00!
Pros:

Location and the staff was nice also helpful

Cons:

The “breakfast” both days coffee “out”
3rd day it was cold. Toaster, but nothing to toast or spreads. Just don’t bother to say it’s breakfast. No phone plug ins by bed! I was looking for outlets and ran into trash behind nightstands!
Bed, below average comfort. Very easy to hear neighbors talking or laughing!
Just not as clean and updated as it could be. Staff was helpful and friendly though!
