Sounded like a sump pump in next room

Room looked like it was falling apart. Broken TV stand and chipped paint. Too much for what was offered.

Rooms smelled like smoke rug looked dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. It needs a serious upgrade.

Very out of date

Toilet was stained and flushed very slowly, key fob to pool area was very difficult to get to work, jets on hot tub were barely working

Everything. The pool and hot tub were out of order so we did not stay. We were told that since we just reserved the room that we shouldn’t be charged since didn’t actually pay for anything yet. It was my daughter’s 10th birthday and the whole point in the hotel was the pool and hot tub. I want a refund.

When I arrived there was a note on the door to the pool that the pool and hot tub were broken, wasnt told about this prior to arriving. I asked for a refund on my 3 night stay and they offered 15%, after contacting booking.com and having them reach out to this place I got an almost full refund! The staff had no cares about anything and were very rude. I ended up booking and staying at a hotel across town!

Dirty, smelly, horrible. Pool was closed down. Someone was even tasting the gravy on the serving spoon for breakfast. Not worth anything near what we paid. What a waste of money! Will never stay at another Quality Inn.

The hotel and rooms are very much in need of updating. The desk chair broke tips to one side, couch old and well used, TV stand workable but needs replacement.

Horrible experience. We arrived about 330 pm. Told them my name n showed them my paper you emailed me for confirmation number. I'm not in there computer although I stay at Quality inns alot,, they say they have no booking for us, very argumentive. After arguing for 45 minutes n them being very sturdy they wasn't going to acknowledge my reservation thru Booking I ended up paying again at a higher price of 183.00. I already paid you 158.90 for the reservation. I won't stay there again. In the morning after we had the nite to settle down we see the curtain liner was tore up,, a brown ring in the toilet like they haven't been cleaned in a while.I stayed with a Choice hotel last summer n found bed bugs an hour after I had been sitting in the bed. I complained n they gave me some points for a free nite stay. I had 3 notes stay built up with the points I accumulated n when I went to book a few weeks later to use my free notes I was told "Oh they expired. There points don't expire as I've used them notes before

Went for the pool it was closed and I couldn't get a refund to find somewhere cleaner that has a pool and doesn't smell like weed and cigarettes

The drunk man staying on the floor below ours that came to try to fight us about our toddlers being ‘too loud’ at 6pm. We were in our room for a whole 2 hours before we left & drove 5 hours back home because I felt unsafe being there.
