Nothing the guy at the front desk was rude i tried to cancel my stay and they said it was my problem
Called asked if the pool was open they confirmed yes when arriving the pool was dirty and was told it was my problem. Never stepped in the room they kept my security deposit
Location was good, it was comfortable, the lady that checked us in was nice. Reasonable price.
There was an odor in the hall and in the room. Let's see the ice machine was broken, the swimming pool was not available because they didn't have any help to clean it. The air conditioner in the room the vent was very black looking. The breakfast there was a waffle maker but no no mix to use it, the orange juice machine was broken, the cappuccino machine was broken.
Beds were comfy, rooms and restroom clean. Staff was friendly. And location was perfect to where I needed to be

The ice machine was out and the juice machine was out. We should get our deposit back the same day we check out. But other then I be back I like the hotel and the breakfast they just need to upgrade on the ice machine and juice machine. The lil fridge gets cold
It was hard to find the property because the sign was very hard to see from the freeway.

There were roaches! One was crawling on the window as I was checking in. So gross! I had prepaid So I felt stuck there.
Thank God we were doing well at the casino and did not end up sleeping here. We paid for the room, we just didn't sleep in it. After an all nighter at the casino, we came back to collect our luggage and freshen up for our drive home. As I was getting dressed, I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. It was a cock roach! It was NOT a water bug, as those of us from here KNOW the difference. This was a German roach. The kind that hitches a ride back home with you and infests your house. Then I noticed the dead ones on the floor. I would never stay here again, even if paid to do so. Our luggage did not enter our home when we came back. Steer clear, even if there are no other options.
