Good location
Pros:

I liked the hotel was near the event I was attending. It was easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

I was a solo female traveler and was initially given a room at the back parking lot near a wooded area. I requested a different room because I did not feel safe once I parked and walked up the stairs to my room. There are three separate buildings with rooms. I was move to the first building in the front instead of the third building in the back. The hotel needs updating. Also, it’s a nightmare driving up the parking lot’s very steep hill and waiting for traffic to pass. I was stuck waiting at the peak of the hill.

Not a great place to stay.

Did not try the breakfast.

Cons:

The floors were gritty and dirty. There was trash left behind the toilet that was not removed. Hair was everywhere, the sheets floors shower walls. The housekeeping staff dropped a washcloth on the ground outside my door and handed it to me to use. There were cigarette holes burned into the blankets. The toilet was lose and not sturdy. There was hair and dirt in the toilet seat crevices. Road noise was very loud and the crack under the door was very wide. Cigarette smoke came in the room from people on the balcony hanging out smoking and drinking.

To sum up our stay, we did not. There was no other rooms available due to a baseball game so we chose to get reservation
Cons:

Dead roach dried to the floor. You could definitely tell it had been on there a while. Not to mention the musty smell and mildew.

Cons:

I was told I had to bring my papers the next time I came for my service dog that is not allowed they can ask me what my dog does for me but they cannot demand they see my paperwork

Exceptional customer service
Pros:

My request for a quiet room/location was granted.

Also, staff found my missing wallet and contacted me immediately. Arrangements were made for the return of the wallet. Kinnari, front end manager, went above and beyond in contacting me and arranging the return. All of the items were returned.

My carelessness… Very pleased with their customer service.
