Pros:

Central location, accepted pets with nominal fee, on main road but rooms very quiet. Breakfast spartan but enough to get going. Good value, recommended-did not use pool but many did.

At least we had a place to sleep after a long drive.
Pros:

Furniture was old and broken, the towels felt like sand paper. Looks really nice on website but not in person.

It was very clean, breakfast was small, but over all it was good for the price, loved the pool and jacuzzi

I like that it was very clean in our room and around the property also pool was very clean and Jacuzzi was very nice

Cons:

There was no microwave in our room so we couldn’t warm up food. Beds sunk in the middle, waffles tasted sour like the mix was going bad

Great experience and better than I expected for the price
Pros:

The young lady who registered my stay was very sweet and professional. The room was very up to date, clean, and comfortable. The location was great with a nice little Mexican restaurant for breakfast right across the street. I would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

The hotel was super nice and clean but the need to improve the quality of food for breakfast.
Pros:

The room was perfect! Super nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was so so, that was the only thing I was t happy about it. Most hotels offer a variety of food.

Pros:

the floor carpet is dirty.. you can see dirt on the bottom of your feet when you get in the shower. There were some sort of bugs in the room. I they were roaches they we very small. We saw them at least three times

Pros:

We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room but when we did it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice, clean, and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to I-35 with lots of access to food, shopping and entertainment. New Braunfels is a nice and friendly city with lots of different events and attractions.
