The hotel was super nice and clean but the need to improve the quality of food for breakfast.
Pros:

The room was perfect! Super nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was so so, that was the only thing I was t happy about it. Most hotels offer a variety of food.

Pros:

the floor carpet is dirty.. you can see dirt on the bottom of your feet when you get in the shower. There were some sort of bugs in the room. I they were roaches they we very small. We saw them at least three times

Pros:

We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room but when we did it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice, clean, and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to I-35 with lots of access to food, shopping and entertainment. New Braunfels is a nice and friendly city with lots of different events and attractions.

Pros:

Good deal for the price point and location.clean enough and quiet enough at least that night because the place was empty. The mattresses were comfortable and I slept well. Ants were everywhere outside and some got into the bathroom. Seems ants are prolific this time of year. It’s a bit dated but everything works.
