Had a lovely stay the staff were very accommodating , they were very helpful and gave us a room to acclimate my husbands

Pros:

Quick check-in and great location. Rooms were updated and the linens were clean. Appreciated the toiletries in the shower. Air conditioning was also a must and appreciated.

Cons:

The floor in our room was not clean - my socks turned grey on the bottom while wearing them in the room. I get we had a pet room, but the floors could still be washed.
The refrigerator didn't work.
Room 108

Maybe muffins/pastries and milk alternatives. All other varieties provided were great.

Pros:

Motel style accommodation good location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Walls could be painted or updated somehow very run down, ceiling had water stains & holes, shower had little pressure but was manageable. Thought for the price per night it would have been a bit better. Pool is in the hotel next door but looked good.

your soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensors were either empty or broken as nothing came out when depressed

Very expensive for the quality of the facility even with it being Memorial Cup weekend. Twice as much as it was worth fo

Location was good. Overall it was relatively clean except for the carpet. Basic room was okay

Cons:

Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was lacking in quality. There was noise like a door closing or something being dropped below me every couple minutes starting around 4:00 AM for a couple hours. It is a motel building which I will wasn’t aware of and I don’t like. Hard boiled eggs and tater tots for breakfast. As basic as you can get.
