Comfortable, but overvalued
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Smart TVs are great.
It's a shame rooms were so small; there's barely enough room to walk around the two double beds in the room. Also very unfortunate that sinks are not inside bathroom. Breakfast was appreciated but mediocre; tater tots were consistently under-cooked.
Rooms are priced comparably to better hotels/motels with bigger rooms and more amenities which I don't feel is appropriate.

price, location, easy check-in/out process, free breakfast, pleasant accommodating staff

Cons:

one of the other guests started up their loud truck parked right out front of our window (we were on the ground floor) and left it running for 30-40mins around 7-8am the morning after we late arriving into town and had specifically requested and paid for a later check out time to allow for us to catch up on must needed rest. Our do not disturb sign was on the door and I would've hoped for a little more courtesy/awareness. All things considered I realize this is not necessarily the motels issue though.

The staff try but clearly the owners don’t.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Nice amenities with table and armchairs, king bed, good lighting. Some nice attention to detail.

Cons:

The bathroom! Serious mould around the tub, peeling walls. We didn’t shower that morning. Breakfast decent but ‘hot’ foods were cold.

Parking was easy, but that's the 1 good thing.
Pros:

I've stayed in worse, but not much worse. It was really run down. It needs things replaced (ceiling tiles), air conditioner was SO loud, TV was tiny, bed was tilted and worn, bathroom was tiny too. The room was small, barely any room to move around. It was quiet, and the parking was right outside the room. Not worth it, just sad and disappointing.
