They always try to charge
Cons:

I never got an invoice, they charged my credit card twice for the amount. Please explain why.

Good location but showing it’s age and rooms need deep cleaning done regularly.
Pros:

Good location along Hwy 97/Harvey. We couldn’t hear the main road from our rooms on the backside of the building, which was nice.

Cons:

Double Rooms are two double NOT queen beds. I missed that detail when booking. The building is getting run down and the walls in our room hadn’t been washed in a long time, but otherwise, it was relatively clean.

Awful hotel with absolutely no redeeming qualities
Pros:

Literally nothing. There isn't a single thing about this place that I liked. Nothing at all.

Cons:

The staff are atrocious. They are nice on the phone but in person act like they're interrogating you and that you're an idiot. I needed a place to stay despite living in Kelowna and the front desk questioned why I'd do this as if it was a crime. Rooms are awful, cleanliness is awful, beds are awful, everything about this place is awful.

It was okay. Staff were friendly.
Pros:

It was quite clean at check in. The pool area was well maintained. There was a breakfast area and it was clean

Cons:

We had two back to back bookings and lined them up in the same room; we were there Fri-Wed. The room was not cleaned once while we were there, nothing refreshed (towels etc.) we had to ask the front desk for towels mid way through, we had to put our garbage cans outside the door in the morning to get emptied. The hot breakfast items were the same every day. Tater tots and hard boiled eggs.

The room was clean, but we didn't receive any service or refills in our stay. The breakfast was ok.
Pros:

The breakfast warm items were the same all the days we stayed (both times). Hard boiled eggs and tater tots. There were only 2 jam flavors (strawberry or orange marmalade). The yogurt was put out on ice packs not in a mini fridge so it was warm. The pool area was nice, and kept clean. I would stay again, but I would know that I need to ask for my room to be cleaned or restocked.

Cons:

The lack of room cleaning and service. We stayed from Friday-Wednesday and had no service. We had to leave out our garbage cans to be emptied and ask for toilet paper from staff etc. The same breakfast hot items every day.

A surprisingly good hotel for my basic needs
Pros:

Having never stayed in a Super 8 before this was a lovely stay. The staff were lovely and helpful and the laundry room was just what I needed and cheap.

Cons:

Maybe a bit far out of town but I knew this before I booked
