Pros:

Front staff at check-in was good.

Cons:

Room reeked of weed .. bathtub some brown water in it like the sewer had backed up, in it.. toilet was disgusting... and all the tables chairs and couch we're all tore up the sticky

I booked this hotel for the pool. It was closed. Nothing on their website about it being closed, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was included. The airport shuttle. The indoor pool was warm. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Very clean hotel

Cons:

My room was not cleaned during my 4 day stay due to staff issues, although the trash was emptied and the towels were changed everyday.

Won't book again, even if it was free
Pros:

There is nothing to be added here. What appears to be a nice hotel from the pictures is nothing close to that. If you ever see your hotel room (good luck) I'm sure it would be as unappealing as the lobby was. Also the pool was closed for maintenance and nothing is mentioned about this when booking. Hotels know that many people book for the purpose of a pool, if the pool is closed, that should be mentioned.

Cons:

Waited 20 minutes with my family (spouse, 10 year old, and 3 year old) just to check in (this never happened). There was a woman waiting at the desk when we first walked in who had been there for a while already. The pool was closed (which hadn't previously been mentioned to me), the lobby did not look well maintained, and there were no staff onsite at all. After waiting and waiting we finally decided to cancel and book another hotel just across the road. When we got there to check in we were informed that they end up with a lot of people who originally booked at this hotel, at theirs, because the only employee working the desk also shuttles back and forth to the airport himself and doesn't leave any signage for patrons to know whats going on or when he will be back. This is extremely unprofessional and will continue to cost this hotel many paying customers.

We had a quick stay watching the NCAA final game appreciated being able to check in a little early and check out at 5:30

Indy motel
Pros:

The thermostat had a constant fan setting. It's always bothered me to have a fan going on and off so the constant was a plus. Shuttle drivers were very personable

Cons:

The shower was out of hair conditioner. The direct phone system was difficult to hear. The evening motel shuttle took a long time, however the morning was right on time .

Gross dirty hotel with rude staff

Cons:

The hotel needs a good cleaning and upgrade. The pool area is nasty. There is never anyone at the front desk. There were people waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes for someone to check them in. Staff is rude. They don’t clean your room. Breakfast is gross but at least it’s offered and there’s a pool. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be retUrning

Grat stay at a convenient location for airport.
Pros:

Had an early flight at 5:45 am next morning.This hotel is very close to airport and has free shuttle which is always on time starting at 4 am.We always leave our car there while vacationing and pay a nominal fee.The room was clean and quiet.Had coffee there which is always available and free.They had snacks available at a couple of vending machines yo use.Didn't have the breakfast because we left early.Had a little trouble with TV and the desk person sent somebody to the room to fix it right away.

Cons:

Nothing that I saw.

Room was nice but I will choose somewhere else next time
Pros:

Didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to the crazy man in the lobby. Just left early with all the police there

Cons:

Again same thing. Staff was rude. It seemed to be an inconvenience for me to check in. They never got off there phone the entire time
