Pros:

This place is in a great location. Everything was just as expected. Staff accommodated all of our needs. Great price!! Large rooms.
There are 2 restaurants near by that I would recommend. For homemade style "comfort" food, Emma's Restaurant. For Mexican, La Riviera.

Buy some dang pillows.

Cons:

Pillows were paper thin. Stains on walls in and around bathroom and sinks. No safety locks on doors. People breaking glass and fighting on balcony of second floor as we checked in at office window. A blanket on the bed would be appreciated too.

Pros:

I like the cleanliness and space in the rooms. Bed are what you get for the price. The hotel is within walking distance to multiple restaurants which we appreciate!

The blinds dont cover the lights outside so it seems like its daylight throughout the night shining through the edges of the blinds.

Comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Easy access to interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. Not a fancy motel but a good value for a good nights rest. Room had a small refrigerator. You can park in front of your room.

Cons:

No microwave in the room. There was one in the office.
A blanket on the bed would have been nice. A sheet and thin spread was not enough.

Very clean for an old property.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They are in the process of updating the property and even though it’s dated it’s very clean. We will be going there on our way back to Florida in November

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good location, near freeway, gas, food, Walmart. And the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room was very run down and not clean. The wall next to the toilet I’m pretty sure has pee all over it. The showers either leak or have just been so wet over the years that the flooring is wobbly. The room had an odd smell.
