The beds were comfortable.
Umm there was couple strands of hair on the pillows. I took pillowcases off and slept with no pillowcases, there was a sock under chair that DID NOT belong to us, and it was little cold so turned on heat and heat did not work. When we went to front to ask for extra blankets and pillowcases at 11:30pm, we had to call on phone and the lady it was too late they were closed. So we didnt get our extra blankets and pillowcases.

Good location. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Bathroom fan sounded like a 🚛 truck Jake breaking. The heat/ac Wall unit has no auto setting so its hard to keep room constant temp. House keeping DID NOT KNOCK or announce they were entering and opened door as I was naked and entering the bathroom to shower. Totally unacceptable and will never give this hotel another shot. I travel for work and stay in hotels around 150 times a year and have never had that happen anywhere else.
I was in town for a 5 day job, and the price here was affordable, however for the condition, it was too much. Upon checking in, check in was easy but the check in lady kept telling me over and over not to smoke in the room. I don’t care, I don’t smoke, no big deal. Got to the room, and it smelled so foul, like dog feces. I had to open the windows and get my fan to air it out. So maybe they shouldn’t be worried about smokers when their rooms smell awful. I’d rather have a smoke smell than feces smell. Bed was relatively comfortable, but nothing in the room was very clean. Won’t stay here again if I’m ever back. Needs major remodel, or torn down.
Location and cost
I’m a 73 year-old with balance problems and it would’ve been improved if there was handicap bars in the bathroom.
Staff were nice, and it wasn’t so noisy that I was able to sleep during the day.
The only two negative things I can say is that initially when getting there; I found some debris by the night stand and then my room key had to be reset every couple days.
The breakfast was not good for us who are people who like hot water, fruit, and no sugar. Perhaps, instant oatmeal and fruit could be offered.
The front desk lady was very rude. Charged me an extra $10 just for having kids and then we got when we got back to the hotel later that night after paying for two rooms they called and said that I had too many kids and to never come back breakfast. All they had was Twinkies and a gallon of milk in the fridge in the front
how they treat people out from town crazy so bad
