Quality of facility. Painting in room looks like done by child. Poorly cut flooring left visible gaps. Difficult to open and close fridge door. Odor in room. Bed looked smaller than queen size.

Loud!
No hot water for my morning shower. I let the water run for over 5 minutes in both the tub and sink and never did get warm/hot water.
No breakfast was out in the morning.
NEVER again will I stay here. Terrible!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Room was comfortable, night audit staff was great

Cons:

Hotel gave off a run down creepy vibe on the outside but that wasn't as concerning as how the morning front desk staff treated us. We arrived at 1 am, received a call from the front desk at 9 am asking when we were leaving. Then the person told us we needed to move our vehicle and trailer immediately because we weren't supposed to park where the night person told us to. Breakfast was all sugar foods and as a diabetic, I couldn't eat anything, and then as we checked out, that same person was extremely rude saying my card was declined. It wasn't. He was entering incorrect information. Will NEVER stay there again.
