The building is just old and dirty. The room itself was fairly clean with the exception of the shower. There were black handprints on the walls and looked like it hadn’t seen Clorox in quite some time. The bathroom counter also hasn’t been wiped or sanitized in quite some time. Additionally, I had multiple cockroaches in my room. Fortunately they were small and easy to kill but I saw a few larger ones dead in the main level hallway. The worst part in my room is that they were climbing out of the faucet - which very likely means infestation.

It was also advertised that there was free breakfast and there was absolutely no breakfast at all. Even if there was, I probably wouldn’t have eaten it given the overall condition of the building.

Hire anyone but third world trash.

Everything. Under major construction that wasn’t mentioned, parking lot was very poorly lit, and overall felt very unsafe. Management came out after several minutes since we couldn’t find the lobby because of construction. Told him I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and was advised he’d issue a refund but have not received it.

There were roaches in the room.

Breakfast was "temporarily unavailable." There was a desk but no chair in the room; I had to pull the desk to the bed and sit on the edge of the bed to work on my computer. The TV was worthless; it was controlled by Firestick and was unworkable. I tried for half an hour to get any TV station and could not get a single one. The lighting in the room is uneven; half the room was always dark. There was a cockroach on one of the beds.

Said there was breakfast. There was no breakfast. Said property was non-smoking. The hall smelled of smoke. The TV didn't work there was a sitting area in our room but no furniture to sit on. Could have played pickleball in the space, I guess. Only cold cups available. No cups that you could heat in the microwave for tea. Place was very noisy.

They were under construction, to begin with. Although we appreciate that they are upgrading, we paid for a suite that had no furniture in it except for a bed and office chair. Nowhere to sit and relax or to watch television due to the bed and the television being in two separate rooms. The room was very dark with no overhead lighting and the vanity was the worst lit part. When I mentioned the furniture issue to the front desk clerk, he said that was all they had
