Clean, tidy rooms with tentative staff and good accommodations.
Pros:

Staff was incredibly receptive and helpful! There were plenty of pool towels ready for use in a clear place. Staff was on top of making sure the tile was mopped after lots of little wet feet ran back and forth on it, to and from the pool.

Our rooms were clean and exactly what my family needed to relax. My father-in-laws room was also clean and tidy. Both were well stocked for our stays.

Pool and hot tub were perfectly kept, the chlorine in the pool was a little heavy handed but we assumed it was in anticipation of lots of children and were not bothered by it in the least.

Breakfast was as expected, with a variety for my family to pick from. Gotta love a waffle iron!

We will be back when we visit our family here. :-)

My daughter jumped into the pool (she is 2 years old) but that isn't anyone's fault but ours!
