It was a fine spot. The casino in the lobby was an interesting touch

The property is in terrible condition and the room was dirty, including a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

the room was extremely dirty. the carpets needed to be steam cleaned and it was so dusty that you could wrote your name in it. the staff wasn't responsive when I asked for service in our room. i will never go back here

Our stay got off to a rough start. The room had a moldy refrigerator, hairs in the beds and used towels in the bathroom. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere. Thank you to Gabriel (fellow Cowboys fan) who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one.

Check in was easy. The clerk was semi human. Not much of a people person. We did specifically request a more quiet room. Only to have people placed on either side of us. The dust cover on the bed had a huge fluid mark, like someone sat on the edge of the bed and peed and it was allowed to be dry. This clearly should have not been on the bed. Bathroom floor had no less than eight human hair, and no less than six what look to be like pubic hair. We arrived at the continental breakfast to be completely underwhelmed. One packaged super inexpensive breakfast roll, two dry cereal containers, couple of muffins, and one pitcher of milk, not labeled as to its content other than milk. We had gotten there kind of early, 8:30 9:00 so we were kind of stunned at the lack of food left to choose from. Ended up eating at a McDonald's. Maintenance wise about the air conditioner, the drywall needed repaired.

I think the facility needs updated. The room door on the inside where the door latch closes was soft. If you pushed the latch too hard, it pushed inwards. The 2 shelves under the sink were caked with dust. There were hand prints on the headboard, stains on the blanket on the bed, and floor needed vacuumed. Was just not a good night's sleep or comfortable at all.

The two good things are, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
In the room you cannot set the fan to run continuously, so there was no air circulation and it got quite stuffy, and did not have the noise from it to cover up the blaring TV in the next room. No coffee maker in the room. ALL that was available for breakfast was two different kinds of cereal, some muffins, juice and coffee. Fortunately there is a McDonald’s next door.

The bathroom was not very good at all the toilet seat look like it have been installed in in the 80s. The shower had chips in the tub. The drain wasn’t installed. The ice bucket had no plastic in it. The TV did not work. The lobby was the low average. I would not stay here if I did not have to.

Close to where I needed to be. Computer system was down so checking in was delayed and I was on a time limit between checking in and arriving to an event. Slightly dated but for 1 night a good value.

This hotel should not be open the rancid smell, the dirty bedding black mold was on the walls everything was just dirty this hotel looked nothing like the pictures so much so i didnt even stay and this hotel even under these circumstances with the desk clerk seeing it for himself did nothing but try to argue about the conditions he said he cleaned the rooms himself stated the conditions it was in the dirty floors trash left behind dirt on the floors was because no one stayed for a while and dust falls it was just dust the showers were dirty I dont recommend anyone staying there if i could give a 0 star review I would I even contacted the supposed property manager with no response

The room was clean however I was surprised at the condition of the bathroom. Fixtures were rusted, tiles missing, grout was dirty looking. The amenities were lacking. 1 tiny bar soap to share between the bath and the sink in the room.

Room had a weird smell. Toilet handle broken and tub was taped to cover a hole or damage.

The beds were comfortable and that was the best I can say. Cleanliness was adequate. Stayed 3 nights on the 3rd night saw small roach in sink. The bathroom had poor repairs. When we asked for new towels and trash to be removed we were met with a less that pleasant response.
Will not stay here again.

The refrigerator didn’t work causing my lunch to spoil. It also stunk. Only limited towels and body wash and soap. Very poor quality.

We liked the price. Our refrigerator smelled, the tv was unplugged when we arrived and tried to turn it on. The sheets and blankets on the bed were too small, they barely fit my wife and I while sleeping. The breakfast, there was only muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice.

Staff was very stand offish. Staff told us there was a breakfast, but there was none. Staff where playing the slot machine when we got there and ask us to wait for a minute while they made two or three more pulls on the slot machine.

There was no soap, cups for coffee, and limited towels for two people. Bed was comfortable. Room was ok but needed work. Air conditioning was not up to par. Shower wouldn’t drain and commode was noticeably unclean.

Advertised breakfast was non-existent. No food, broken juice dispenser. Nothing available. Place was sub-par clean. Staff was not friendly.
