The staff was very friendly, and even gave us a small discount because our toilet was broken in our room and they didn't have another room big enough for all of us. The staff was always willing to make more breakfast items they ran out of. One worker had mentioned that they only have four front desk workers,four housekeepers and one maintenance man. So I believe they were making due with what they could.
There were a few small issues I will list below but it wasn't a deal breaker for the price! As mentioned above and the most inconvenient issue was the toilet but we made it work. The tub drain had so much hair in it that it wouldn't drain properly while showering. The tub drain would not close when pushed down to be able to use the bathtub. The light fixture above the toilet did not have the covers so the dust and bulbs were exposed. During our three day stay there were three different dogs that would bark at you while their owners were outside smoking. The dogs were medium-large size and made me and my children uneasy. There is a light on the outside of the building that needed changed and was strobing all night , if our curtain was not closed just right it would come through the window.

toliet to short and the seat kept shifting
The light used for bathroom had an extremely loud fan. Looks like there had been a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom 2 of the table lamps wouldn't turn on plus I booked it was pay at property so when we got there my fiance gave his card to use ,which we've done before, and I found out now that my card was used called and told them and explanation was that she was new and didn't realize what to do.

Didn’t clean every day or replace items in room breakfasts start at 6 when we leave by 5 so missed out so would have liked at least coffee packets replaced in room to make my own :/
NOT A THING
Toilet kept running sometimes wouldn't flush. Took a shower all the water didn't drain some left in the bathtub. Told the female about it when checking out acted like she didn't care 😏 no more

Location near the fairgrounds. One particular employee was very clear and helpful with directions.
Person who checked me in was less than helpful. When I inquired about the location for breakfast, she literally pointed and said through that wall. Having never been to this hotel and with such a small lobby that was less clarity than expected. A second employee heard that conversation and gave clear directions about how to access the breakfast space.
Shower curtain had stains on it and the toilet wouldn't flush even with jiggles of the handle.
I will drink almost any coffee, not very picky, but I left a disposed of a full cup from the breakfast area because it had a less then pleasant taste.

Easy to get into a room
The toilets were unusually hard to flush… so much so that we actually had to manually flush the toilets from inside the tank!
Clean
Bathroom needs major overhall. Ceiling was peeling. Light fixtures were exposed. Ceiling was open above lights. No light coverings.
Hallways did look nice seemed to been repainted and updated.
Pillow case and hand towels had stains. Toilet had been used but not flushed.

Cleanliness. Room smelled strongly musty, hair on the bathroom floor not ours, bedding stained.
