Would not stay here again. We are losing the expectations of motels and hotels in North America. Poorly run.

Was charged for my wife’s emotional support dog. Stayed in many hotels/motels and wasn’t charged. Room was old and dated. Floor was dirty. Patio door screen fell off. Couldn’t get the India native to understand what I was saying. They have a kiosk in the lobby to register and a poor system. Couldn’t understand them. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing I would eat. Place was basically empty and we were put on the upstairs floor. Hard for my wife to go up. Sign on the bathroom mirror states they don’t change towels or bed sheets for three days if you stay more than one night. Im not hard to get along with but this tested my patients.

i would highly recommend Super 8 in Sturbridge to anyone
Pros:

They really helped us out when we were in a Jam
We had origionally booked another hotel however they wrung us thru the ringer and hung us out to dry. Absolutly horrible customer service where as Super 8 stepped in and really went above and beyond to help us out.

Cons:

n/a we enjoyed everything. Staff was super friendly and accomadating

Clean, comfortable, and a good value.
Pros:

Not fancy, but the rooms were clean and spacious. I liked having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

I did not like the kiosk check-in system. Very long and arduous process. I couldn't hear the 'video' host, and the typed closed captioning clearly couldn't interpret the dialogue either, as what was typed made no sense.

Would not book again.
Pros:

Clean. Staff was very attentive.

Cons:

Don’t like the virtual kiosk for check in. It is quite slow. Rooms are dated - floorboards lifting, mirror all scratched etc. wifi doesn’t work well and tv remote was broken and had to be replaced.
