Cons:

No television on 2/6, No Vending Machine's for Several weeks, No Laundry for months.
I have been disappointed, on the past couple of Stay's, and I will not be returning

Pros:

We had an early appt at the Courthouse. It was the closest to it. More than what I expected having read some awful reviews. Room was spacious. Spotlessly clean. Smelled clean. Loved the Kitschy bedsread & curtains. The view of the cemetary thrilled my Addams Family heart, Bed & pillows , Super comfortable. Hot shower. Hair drier. Iron & Board. Breakfast had enough carbs & caffeine to see us through, All said, we would definately stay here again.

Cons:

Had a corner room so the airflow? vent was noisy at times but that is normal , I think ? Husband pointed out some mold stains on bathroom cieling.near the vent. Nothing that a coat of Kills can't cover. Would have liked a proper coffee maker in the room in stead of the one cup thingy. Also, there were no atrifical sweetners at breakfast (byo)

Staff are very warm and welcoming, all our needs are met.
Pros:

We were visiting family so just slept in the room. It is convenient and in a lovely part of town.

Cons:

This motel is quite old, having said that, the proprietors keep it clean and upkeep is decent. They did a refresh recently in between our stays and that was a nice improvement.
