Pros:

Location was convenient, quiet. Price was good. Daytime staff were very nice and helpful. Some night staff- not so much. Unfortunately, this season flies are a problem- no fault of theirs- but spent one evening swatting flies for an hour.
Negatives: carpet sticky, (bring slippers) and nowhere at all to hang up clothes. With a longer stay, that was a negative.

It was located in the town our family reunion was being held.

Cons:

Floors and furniture dirty. Holes in walls and ceiling. NO clothing rack to hang clothes. Was told to use hooks that held ironing board and that NO rooms had them. Had a trucker state that it was just a "flop house".

3 am check in WIN.
Pros:

A loc camping fail led to a 3 AM check-in. The lobby was well lit. The attendant was awake, lol, and very personable and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We couldn't have asked for more.

I love staying at this motel. It is very peaceful ,safe. I love the staff as well very friendly and the hospitality is always there and it makes it very pleasant for the stay as well

The check in gal was very nice and gave a great recommendation for dinner, but the room was dirty.
Pros:

Did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

The room was dirty, floors gross. Stains on the chairs. Like the kind where you don't even want to sit on it.

Cons:

Semi parking in back lot was noisy.
Walkways outside we're dingy and could use some attention. Breakfast was basically coffee and cereal and little room to sit.
