Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. This place should be shut down. It is unsafe and unsanitary with cockroaches, dirty sheets, room was never cleaned, no shower and broken furniture. We did not stay there, left as soon as we saw how unsafe it was.

Pros:

They put me in a room with no mattress, it was just layers of foam padding. Then the hot water didn’t work for the shower. I tried going to the desk several times with no luck of finding anyone.
