The stay was good.
Pros:

Everything was good except they charged us $15 for having our small 8 pound dog with us and we weren't told about that when we booked the room. We would have still booked the room if we had known when we were doing the booking and we would have felt like the hotel was more honest and upfront.

Awesome Stay!
Pros:

Super 8 Fairmont, WV is a great choice of stay!
I enjoyed the clean room and updated bathroom. Bedsheets are smelling fresh not bleach! The close proximity to my work and great restaurants made my hotel stay convenient and fun while away from home.
I also enjoyed the TV has access to regular channels and streaming sites like Netflix! YES!
I love this hotel. I will definitely come back!
I just hope the roads leading to the hotel will get fixed soon.

Filthy rooms
Pros:

I took photos of how dirty it was I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean with . One staff brought up a broom to sweep the floor with. It was still terrible

It was an excellent stay
Pros:

Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is right next to Cracker Barrel so it was an easy walk over for dinner. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection of items to choose from but enough to satisfy the kids and a good cup of coffee for me. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Cons:

If I could've changed anything, maybe add some cereal and milk, yogurt, more fruit, and bagels to the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

Passing thru on a road trip. 2 single females traveling , felt safe. Super comfy beds Immaculate room and bathroom. Front desk staff friendly , pleasant and welcoming. Room quiet for sleeping. Hot breakfast. Would highly recommend.

It was horrible.
Pros:

The place was very noisy at night. Didn't partake in the breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel was noisy. The room was not as clean as I had expected. Didn't see a housekeeper the second day we were there. It was not handicapped accessible. As a matter of fact we left on Friday October 24, 2025. I will not recommend staying there. Waste of money.
