Red Roof Inn Osage Beach - Lake of the Ozarks

Bed was nice, breakfast was awful. You had to be thwre at 6 am, because if not, they replaced nothing. Milk was frozen. Room smelled like cat pee. Promised to change sheets, they never did. Tv remote broken. Water was hot but pressure barely trickled out. Whole place needs a major overhall.

Everything was what you would expect, clean, friendly and helpful.

Entire rooms Floor was nasty, tub and shower were nasty. 2nd day we broi our own cleanit supplies from Walmart and mopped the floor and wiped and scrubbed the jet tub and shower. That room had not been cleaned in a long time.

The room was the only thing that was good.

Toilet Bowl was very low (very inconvenient to sit for bowel movement) and extremely poor liting in the bathroom. Floor was very sticky/ dirty.

Yes very happy with my stay

Floor was cracked and dirty. Door was scratched. There were no eggs for breakfast and the juice machine was broken. Driveway was a mess and needs to be repaired with cracks. I did not like being next to the staff’s kitchen as we could hear people in there during the night.

I've stayed here a couple of times and both times have been very nice. The day shift gal is super friendly and helpful and the 2nd shift guy is very pleasant and kind. I don't know about night shift cause obviously i was sleeping 😴 😄 but I'm sure they are really nice also. Sure the hotel could use a little updating but overall all my rooms have been very clean, the lobby is super clean also. The beds are comfortable and i slept like a baby. It'd be nice to have a lot more water pressure in the showers but hey it gets the job done. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for friendly, clean, comfortable, and don't wanna break the bank paying some of the ridiculous prices other hotel chains charge you

If you have back problems bathroom is hard to use.

I stayed here for business but would not go back. The team seems to be working hard to keep things clean, but the hotel has a lot of scratches and dings. The bed was hard and not very comfortable.

The service was the biggest problem. I went down to the breakfast to get water for my allergy medicine. The only drinks there were coffee and one type of juice, one I am allergic to. I asked at the front desk if I could get water somewhere. They said there wasn't any at the breakfast and that if I wanted some, I'd have to pay $1 for a water bottle. I explained that I have allergies and can't drink the juice and that I needed the water to take my medicine. They still insisted I had to purchase a water bottle. At this point, I packed up and checked out.

Staff during check in and out was excellent, lady at front desk was extremely accommodating. The room lacked maintenance, toilet seat was broken and shower faucet was spinning making it hard to know hot or cold. Breakfast was good for being Continental style.

Staff were friendly, wi-if and air conditioning worked great, good location and comfortable bed with clean sheets. Bathroom vent was really dirty but rest of room was good.
Several irritations. No plug for bathroom sink. Bathroom light could not shut off manually had to time out. Had to hold down toilet handle to flush completely. Bathtub crack/ opening next to tub spout. Hair dryer plug-in cracked but still worked. Bathroom door handle cover not connected to door and would not stay shut which was a problem when bathroom light could not be turned off. Piece of bathroom door missing on bottom and back of door splattered with something dark like coffee. Holes in wall by towel holder. Hallway had an odd smell, can’t describe but not in our room. Room door had to be forced open and shut due to sticking. Breakfast waffles gave us issues after eating may have been the syrup. Thought the hanger holding the TV was crazy as could not adjust/turn tv. Parking lot blocked when trucks parked close to building due to pile of gravel blacktop on side of drop off overhang.

Older hotel.

The place had an overpowering smell from air freshener or cleaning supplies. It gave me headaches. Bed was very firm, more than I like.
