Other than no continental breakfast being available, everything was great.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Also, when I called the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows, I no more than hung up when she was knocking on our door with the pillows - talk about quick room service!!

Cons:

There was no continental breakfast which would’ve made our stay even more comfortable.

Pros:

Never again. I was a day late because I was plowing snow in Minnesota. I never canceled the reservation so I planned on paying for the room and the reservation. The property canceled the reservation without my confirmation. I had to pay double to reserve the room again. I asked if I could be refunded for leaving early and they said Yes. I still haven't been refunded for leaving 1 day earlier even though I asked for it and canceled my reservation.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

Very nice staff! Clean and appropriate room, mattresses not too soft. Great communication and help with anything ever needed. Thanks so much!!!

Cons:

I am allergic to fragrances, so had a bit of breathing issues - though I LOVED the scent - quite strong in hallways, not much in room. But after a couple of nights, I had more issues. A bit less might be helpful. 😊

I was there to move. Clerk focused on my crew instead of me because they spoke spanish. I do too.
Pros:

bed was fine,, firm, I like a hard bed

Pros:

Loved I could have my dog.
Loved 1st floor with door to pool area.
Shower head exploded off of wall, maintenance was prompt, kind, quick replacement of shower.

The staff was nice at check in but the room was not clean
Pros:

The place was conveniently located and not crowded.

Cons:

The bathroom toilet in our room #131 was clogged when we checked in and the bathroom had roaches running around in the shower area as well as the sink area. The bed sheets on one of the queen beds had makeup smeared on them as if they had not been changed. Overall was not a clean place to stay with family.

Room and staff were nice. Room location didn't allow us to get a good night's rest.
Pros:

Our room was located right next to the smokers bench outside. All night long people came out to smoke and had loud conversations and kept waking us up. Would have been nice to be warned about the location before we chose our room.

Cons:

Tell us when we booked that the room would be noisy all night. We would have chosen a different room.

The room was supposedly nonsmoking, but smelled horrible! (Very strong stale smoke smell). I would have asked to change rooms, but they were full (no vacancy sign out on desk), and who knows if the other rooms would have been better

Nice clean Motel, & rooms are clean & Love The amount of Vending Machines, last, staff is always nice & makes us feel welcome everytime, IWe've stayed at this motel at least w 20 times in the last year or so, great everytime, I will keep returning to this motel.
