They weren't friendly to the handicap they gave me a room upstairs in the very back so it was very difficult for me to navigate the stairs with my cane and spinal injury on top of a long walk 😞

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was easy to get to.

Cons:

Didn’t like the coffee station in the room. A pod coffee maker would be easier. Freezer needed to be defrosted. We requested top floor but didn’t get it. People above us was very loud.

Location was the only thing

Cons:

My room was filthy. The walls had food splatter EVERYWHERE all over the walls and who knows what else. Blankets and sheets were not changed and were very dirty with unmentionables hairs. I had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets. The tv did not work and had a broken HDMI cord sticking out.
The shower was full of down there hair. it was gross.

All was good. I did tell the clerk that the toilet had a issue with content running so it could get fixed.
