Breakfast was excellent! The only complaint is that there was many kids running the hallway and staff didn’t do anything to stop it. The second night was good because there wasn’t any kids running the hallways.

Water pressure was terrible. Floor was sticky. Door lock wouldn't work.

The pool has been closed for months, but their advertisement is not updated. The TV in our room also did not work.

The woman checking me in was nice enough, but overly chatty. For a Saturday night, I'm surprised there weren't 2 people working the front desk. Her conversations were kinda holding up the line. The room was the worst. She did tell me the owners planned on remodeling soon, due to normal wear and tear. However my room, specifically the bathroom was horrible. The shower faucets were loose, and shower was hard to turn on. Tub was super slippery. Curtain was too long and was a tripping hazard on top of the slipperiness. The grab handle was extremely loose. Pieces of the shower shelves were missing, gouges missing from the tub. Corners in the bathroom were pretty thick with dirt as well. It was completely unsafe. I meant to take pictures, but was too tired from my travels. Should've complained, but what's the point really. I just needed a place to crash, but didn't feel safe having my disabled mom take a shower. Highly recommend going to a different hotel.

I didn’t even stay after I checked in the room smelled so bad it’s stains all on the carpet and even on the sheets on the bed burn holes in the chair it was just really bad and I have 2 kids they definitely need to close this the staff at front desk were nice and sweet and she tryed to give me a refund but I went through hotels.com and they wouldn’t give me a refund so I wasted $119

Overall OK for a weekend convention. Pool out of order. A couple of minor maintenance things with room, a headboard light out and the door inside lock assy. screws loose. Staff was super friendly and breakfast a bit better than the average.

Great value and quiet place to stay with a friendly staff.

Frankly, this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Heavy mildew smell, walls were very thin so I could hear most everything above and to the sides of my room. The doors had to be forced to close. The curtains were stained with who knows what. The shower barely sprinkled. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Everything was outdated. The pool wasn't functioning. I could tell the owners were trying to make it better but I think they're fighting a losing battle. The staff was very friendly. I won't be staying there again.

Staff wasn't very friendly, rooms & hallways were not cleaned well.

Booked this hotel months ago and requested an ada room. Called the week before to comfirm, the hotel said we were given the ada room. We get there to check in and somehow it wasnt available to use. All of this after the 3pm check in and they werent ready for check ins. The front desk staff was a mess and there were a million things happening around the place. Rooms were stuffy, not very clean and the breakfast was a joke. We ended up going out to get food. We will not be returning to this location

Decent hotel. Was about 45 mins from ink fest. Decent breakfast. Breakfast was even open 30 mins past the breakfast hrs which was nice for us ink attenders that slept in after a long night🤘 thank you

It’s clean and convenient.

We do road trips each summer. This was the worst hotel we have stayed at for various reasons. We encountered guests and staff talking about active warrants for their arrests or someone they know. We found the property very dirty. We went there so our boys could swim. We found eyelashes in the common area of the pool on the tables. We saw a person using drugs in their vehicle right next to the entrance. There were many guests coming in the property with firearms. Our view was of a grocery store. My family did not feel safe at this hotel.

I like that the property stayed clean and their was a pool.

room and building are dirty, and the breakfast is bad

Pause was out of order. Which was probably at least half of the reason I rented this place, so it was disappointing to see you on site that it wasn’t working. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the staff was incredible, and the breakfast selection was excellent. AC worked great and they were really attentive to people‘s issues with their other rooms. I didn’t have any issues with mine, but I know a couple other people needed a refrigerator or an air conditioner and they fixed those real quick. Walking distance to a grocery store and some fast food a gas station. Really convenient location.

Smelled musty

Nice location close to shopping and restaurants.
It was 96 degrees the week of our stay. The pool was out of order. The ice machine on our floor (3rd floor) was out of order.
