Pros:

It was nice it was clean staff is always courteous it's in a good location

Cons:

I put in for a room downstairs smoking and the first room had a order in it they gave me a room that was out of order for a while so we end up having to move to a different room where we moved twice we moved from the outer out of order room to a upstairs room non-smoking then we moved from the non-smoking to a smoking room downstairs which is what we requested the fact that we had to move so many times that's the only issue that I had

Short stay. Comfortable bed. Rude staff. Watered down juice.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Attendant was very rude. She told my husband he was getting too much orange juice and that it’s expensive when he literally got a cup. Plus the juice is extremely watered down. We stayed 2 nights and this was the only time either of us went for the complimentary breakfast.

Thanks to Shannon, the front desk clerk, she made the stay for my family comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The waffles and coffee were good.

I wish the coffee was available after 9:30am. They take the coffee canisters away at 9:30am.

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was nice, but i think overworked as she was there when we checked in at 8pm, and there again? still? when we went to the office at noon to get quarters for the laundry. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Laundry on-site. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores very close, and 10 minutes from downtown and the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. The pool was spotless.

Cons:

Roaches! Several, and not palmetto bugs - actual roaches. And the room phone didn't work! What if there was an emergency and you didn't have a cell phone?
Ask for the Wi-Fi password when you check in... it wasn't given to us or posted anywhere in the room.
We got a smoking room, so of course it didn't smell as good as in a non-smoking room or hotel, but this one reeked of the Mary Jane...🪴. I know smoke stains walls and lampshades, etc. but the lampshades in our room had to have been ten years old and there were tobacco stains on the walls that could easily have been wiped down, maybe once a month on the housekeeping schedule? One lamp had a short and was difficult to turn on. Dust on most horizontal surfaces. I was scared to walk barefoot on the carpet... very old and didn't appear clean at all.

The only reason we stayed here was because we were in Dublin for an emergency and a little tight on funds. Next time we'll spend a few extra dollars and upgrade.
