The room was tiny, and not so clean, it smells, you can hear the noise from the next room, also when train pass by. But the key dissatisfied me was the shower area the controller was broken, it was very hard to get right temperature to shower. How can the management team not to fix it , below is the pic
DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for an hour and left immediately after we saw how dirty our room was. We found holes and hair in bedding linens, stains/crumbs all over the carpet. Stains all over the walls and one of the lamps did not work. They refused a refund because we only stayed an hour and are only giving me $50 deposit back. They didn’t seem surprised by the pictures I took of the room. The website pictures are very deceiving for what you’re actually getting!!
Expedia booked the wrong day. The Hotel charged me seperate and said Expedia would refund me . My room had cigar wrappers on the floor ...had no smoke or fire protection and was incredibly smelly and loud . When asked for a refund for the day (i paid for insurance ) expedia gave that responsibility to the property owners who kindly enough declined to refund me for the day i never asked for or stayed for .

My family was in town for a concert and just needed a place to shower and sleep. Which was horrible. Heat didn’t work in any of our 3 rooms. Rooms were visibly dirty
Absolutely the worst hotel i ever been to. The nastiest dirtiest place i have ever seen. They dont clean anything the pillows and blankets are filthy i covered the pillow and slept in my jacket. No smoke alarms, no toilet seat lid there was food left in the refrigerator so long it was black. The heat in our first room didnt have heat in January in buffalo....and we ended up giving one of the cockroches a name i took pictures. This place is a trash can they shouldn't be allowed to be in business for health and safety reasons. Avoid at all costs
I did not like the fact that they advertise as pet friendly but they didn't want my cats there. They also treat you differently when you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia, because I booked through Expedia they made me wait a little longer for my deposit. And it smells horrible in the room., there was a woman in the lobby continuously coughing it was quite a few of disheveled and undesirable folks residing ther.
We were in room 202 and the chair was broken, the shower curtain fell several times on its own, the carpet was dirty and stained, the floor had weak spots, no microwave, nasty baby bottle and used lighters under the beds, the homeless people hanging out in the lobby, breakfast was horrible. Even though theres a sign in the lobby that says no smoking, it smelled like smoke and bad oder. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing.

Train outside the room... No refrigerator or microwave... Poor excuse for a "breakfast"... Downstairs guests were loud until 4am... Overall unpleasant experience...

This was by far one of the worst experience I've ever had with a business in this field. firstly we were overcharged for a motel $180 a night and we arrived to check in we were surprised with the deposit of $50 which was not relate to us in the check-in status online. That is understandable but there was a strong sense of some kind of incense when you walk in the cleanliness was decent but the closest check out interaction with by far the most ignorant and disrespectful customer service I've ever received h we were basically stalked while leaving and check out time by the owner and rushed which is missing invasion of our property and made us feel uncomfortable then we were told that a hand towel was missing from the room we searched all of our belongings and we told them that they could search or look into as well as we do not have the towel he said that he knows that what we put in there well obviously not because we did not have a towel we then were charged out of the deposit for hand towel that we don't know knowledge of missing then we were hounded by staff once we checked out as we were waiting for a ride so close we almost called the police for harassment I don't know if it was because of my race and discrimination but I don't recommend this hotel to anybody it looks like a poor slump down timing househe property wasn't the worst but it wasnt the best either. The sink in the bathroom was ready to fall off the wall, the shower barely worked, it had the worst smell ever.

This particular Super 8 branch is bad, the staff has no customer service experience whatsever, they never smile, the room is bad many broken things inside, the toilet is not for a human beiing, the hallways smell plus its way way overpriced for the condition of this hotel and they put 50 dollars on hold for security!!?? Its not like you have something of value inside lol everything inside the room is old and bad. I was at Super 8 in Michigan last week and it was lovely and very nice but the one here in Buffalo its completely different. Never going to that one again. I stayed two nights and went to a different hotel after
