Pros:

The room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was nice and coffee was good. They had good drink and snack options for purchase in the lobby. The room had a couch, it was nice to watch tv.

Cons:

Facilities were a bit older, shower was super squeaky when you stepped in tub, maybe not glued down completely. It had a faint smell like maybe it was a smoking room in the past.

The knob for the shower was pulling from the wall. Hot/Cold did not work properly. Loud creaking sound- tub floor.

Great value and pleasant stay
Pros:

Excellent value and everything you need for a good night’s sleep. Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. First time to stay at a Spark. It is very similar to a Hampton Inn but scaled down in decor and breakfast offerings. Would stay here again!

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin so a bit of noise from next room, but nothing too bad.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The room, beds and bathroom were clean and comfy.
Pros:

The rooms were big and the beds and pillows were comfy. There were laminate floors which made the room feel clean. The linens were well made and also felt fresh and clean. Breakfast was life sustaining.

Cons:

Although the laminate floors felt clean they were also noisy. We could hear a lot that went on in the room above us at 2:30 am. Ew! Overall the hotel was a little worn and the bathroom was a little dated. Our shower made a terrible popping noise whenever you moved around in it. The faucet was pulled away from the shower wall and had been recaulked a few times to no avail. There were no plugs available by the bed to charge your phone or for those with cpap machines. Breakfast was life sustaining although the bananas were so green you could not even peel them.

Not a great stay.
Pros:

Convenient, booked at last minute.

Cons:

Noisy in the hallway, and a lot of odd building noises. Tub drain functioned in a bizarre way and tub filled when showering. WiFi was annoying to log on. Overall not a great night of sleep.
