Cleanliness
9.6
Consistently praised across reviews—multiple mentions of 'clean', 'very clean', 'clean rooms' and tidy common areas.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional, fast and helpful; several reviewers called out specific employees and excellent hospitality.
Location
7.5
Convenient access to the freeway and nearby dining, but several mentions of safety concerns (behind a gas station, reports of drug users, not ideal to walk alone at night) lower the score.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as clean, comfortable beds, and some updated features (mini fridge, microwave), but a few comments note rooms need renovation and TVs are outdated.
Amenities
9.3
Positive mentions of complimentary breakfast, coffee, pool, mini fridge and microwave; breakfast described in detail and appreciated by guests.
Value for Money
9.4
Multiple reviewers explicitly call it 'excellent value', 'worth the money' or recommend it as a good budget option between destinations.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast is repeatedly noted as good with a variety (cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt, juice, muffins); generally positive but not the primary focus of reviews.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall highly recommended by many guests for short stays and travel stops—clean, friendly staff, good stopover location—despite a few location/room caveats.
