All was good.
Welcoming staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms.
The breakfast was not good. Only processed foods. Nothing fresh. The property used some type of ‘scent pots’ or air Glade air fresheners in outlets to mask some smell? The smell in the areas were overwhelming.
The staff and the location were great.
The shower faucet was held in place with tape. The shower gel bottle was empty. The AC was very noisy.
Location, comfortable bed
Not clean, some of the lights didn't work, empty soap containers in the shower, toilet seat and toilet were loose. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. Windows were very dirty
This isn't the locations fault, but I googled hotels near Lovewell State Park in Kansas, and the location was 24 miles from the park. I could be completely wrong since we were in Kansas, but 24 miles was close? The room would have been fine except there were probably one other person in the entire hotel besides us, and the clerk put us down at the far end of the hotel, next to the laundry room and all you can hear the entire stay including when trying to sleep was a very loud clunking noise, like a dead animal being tossed around in a dryer or something.
There weren't any vending machines and the animal in the dryer. They also say you receive a free breakfast in the morning, I don't know where the free breakfast was because I never saw one, maybe they didn't provide any because of the lack of customers. If anything they should have had someone cook us breakfast and bring it down to our room. Then they would have gotten a much better review.
Location excellent. Breakfast; had the prepackaged cinnamon rolls and coffee. Fridge in room. Bed was comfortable.
Parking spaces so tight. Lots of remodeling being done, supplies stacked in lobby. No coffee pot on room. Saw one roach by air conditioning unit inside room.

Terrible mattress. Electric wall plug exposed with no cover. Toddler could easily stick fingers behind receptacle. Don’t know the reason for the noise but all night every night it sounded as if someone was moving furniture in the room above. One setting on AC, 74, cool or heat that was it.
