Room was nice but the floors were dirty
Outside needed to be cleaned up and the breakfast was in need of supplies and food
Nothing locked out after 1st night saying I didn't pay showed proof they left my dog locked in had to call law

Checking in and out was good. Staff friendly. Parking was good.
All the dirt and dust in the room. Dirty ac. If it was cleaned might of cooled the room better. Need to take more time cleaning the rooms. Rooms looked outdated.

They didn't leave toilet paper and there was only one towel.

It was musky smelling. The floors and bathrooms were not well maintained. Broken pieces in the wall and fixtures. Burns in the bedding and lamp shades in a non smoking room.

General Manager is a 100% jerk. Everything but dealing with him was good.
Not maintained the property was dirty and so was the rooms staff was so unhelpful after blood and smell and hair everywhere

The pool was clean
The pictures online are deceiving. The walkways smell like urine. Sidewalk needs to be pressure washed. Rooms have a horrible smell, linen stained, sofa stained refrigerator in room dirty and beat up there was a roach in room , tub had a huge crack in the wall. Walls had patch spots that were never painted over, blow dryer burned up. and various bugs were in room, room is outdated and lobby outdated and smell. Staff is extremely RUDE and unprofessional. They only want the money and can care less about the customer service.
The beds were comfortable and it smelled good in the room. That’s all.
First we were put into a room which was smoker’s. Awful smell. Then they changed it for another room. The smell was pleasant but everything else wasn’t good: the floor and walls weee extremely dirty, the beds were made in a hurry and one pillow was missing on one bed, everything was dusty. Rooms need to be deep cleaned clearly. The breakfast wasn’t good - only sweet cereal, pancakes, yoghurts, bagels and muffins. 125 dollars for such a room - way overpriced.
The room was hot when we got there ! It did not cool ! We were moved twice and ended up in a room half decent after midnight ! The second room was 🤢 gross
