Horrible
Cons:

Our microwave didn't work, they told us to try different things. We ended up just using the microwave in the main lobby downstairs and carry the hot food upstairs. Our phone didn't work to call the front desk. There was a hole in the door covered by a piece of metal. It was like pulling teeth to ask for a few extra towels and an extra blanket.
