don’t blindly book a hotel!
Pros:

nothing… literally nothing.

Cons:

seemed to be in a superrrr rough area, room reeked of cigarettes immediately upon entry, we both got itchy after laying in the bed for 30 minutes… upon further inspection we just decided to leave because we didn’t want to catch bed bugs or whatever they had going on there. the room also had no fridge or microwave or any type of amenities. just the bare minimum, if that.

Not good at all.
Pros:

It was a place to lay our heads

Cons:

Took 2 hours to be able to check in because nobody was at the front desk, many people sitting and waiting not being able to check in. Microwave in the room had old food in it and did not work. Room was non smoking but smelled like straight cigarettes. Overall just not the best. We will never book here again.

When I walked in, my shoes were sticking to the floor. Floor was very dirty. Dirt all over my sock and animal hair.. Room had an odor as well..

Pros:

The personnel / staff was very kind and handled all the unforeseen issues very respectfully and took accountability.

Cons:

At arrival the manager stated that they had to "look for rooms" and we waited over an hour. Once we were finally given a room, which we had reserved it online prior to our arrival, the bed was stained with blood, the room smelled of smoke, and the toilet had an unflushed used condom in it along with two ciggarette buds.

PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! They did not have our room ready. They had no idea when it would be ready. I was advised I would receive a full refund but did not. When a claim was filed for a refund this facility said there was no issues with my stay. COMPLETE LIES AND A SCAM!

Cons:

Rooms were not available for anyone checking in. Was advised I would receive a full refund which was a lie. SCAM

Pros:

The room was really good and clean.

Cons:

Doing the check-in took me too long (almost 3 hours), despite the fact that I already had a reservation and that I had arranged my arrival time on your website.

Overall was good and I would stay again.
Pros:

Tara at the front desk is awesome!! She needs a promotion. She really showed that she cared about her customers and the property itself. I also witnessed employees patrolling the lot which made me feel more at ease.

Cons:

Could definitely use a good cleaning up inside and out. The rooms need more attention to details, such as dirty doors, and baseboards. I also wasn’t a fan of the flat pillows.
