Disappointing and dirty
Pros:

The staff was able to cancel the rest of my stay. Can’t say I liked anything else.

Cons:

Absolutely filthy. One room had no hot water and tv didn’t work. The other room the microwave and hair dryer didn’t work. The tray holding the ice bucket had small black curly hairs on it (it was in the bathroom)

Comfortable and clean, budget motel.
Pros:

Clean, budget motel. The front desk clerk was very helpful. Pat, the cleaning lady, and unofficial welcoming committee, was a delight. Nice place to stay; close to town and restaurants.

Pros:

Tv didn't work, room leaking water in ceiling and walls. Electrical outlets didn't work. Let front desk know about tv and they did nothing to fix it or offer us another room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

So many terrible things about my experience with this place! 1) I called the local area code number on the website that I thought was a direct line and only found out later it was a third party.
2) I was leading a large group of people - they called day of the stay to tell me that they overbooked and needed to split the group up to 2 different establishments.
3) I paid for 12 rooms and they only gave us 11. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN FOR SHORTING US A ROOM THAT WAS PAID AHEAD OF TIME.
4) when we got there 1 room had bed bugs, 1 was never cleaned, another had 1 bed that was clearly slept on or in, another had the door propped open to try to clear the smoke smell and the poeple i was leading didn't feel safe because of gorup of young men were parked outside of their door, drinking, running around and intimidating them. We left to go elsewhere because my group did not feel safe at all and didn't want to get bed bug infestation brought back with them.
5) i was told they would be "generous" and refund 4 of the 12 rooms I paid for (mind you they didn't even give us the 12th room) because we didn't stay. NO REFUND WAS EVER GIVEN.
HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE OWNER, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The smoking room

Cons:

Neighbor above us were loud, jumping around. Not much staff would’ve been able to do about it. Otherwise, room was nice

Room was not ready, so they upgraded us and that room was ok. Stairs were a mobility problem. Sad breakfast. Run down property overall.
