Pros:

Ну что ребятки! Все по порядку попробую.
Для тех, кто ищет вариант проживания бюджетней, чем на Манхеттене, то это место подходит. Бронировали это место по стопам одних блогеров на Ютьюбе. Были здесь 10 дней.
Мотель как из американских фильмов, только 2 этажа. Номера с отдельным выходом на уличный марш. Есть две стороны здания, одна сторона смотрит на шоссе и она не удачная для проживания. Так как двери из номеров выходят прямо на улицу, а не в закрытый коридор, то естественно весь шум с шоссе вы слышите на прямую. Поэтому при бронировании указывайте свое желание номера во двор в специальных требованиях. Для нас также был необычен унитаз и его смыв, но видимо в США это так есть, если в кратце, то в нем всегда есть доза воды, а шум смыва как вой. Гибкого душа нет, только из стены.
Кровати кинг сайт, матрасы и подушки отличные. Вместо привычного нам одеяла с пододеяльником, две большие простыни и между ними тонкое одеяльце.
Отоплением или кондиционером не пользовались, т.к. погода позволяла этого делать.
Про завтрак - его как такового нет, в том смысле как мы привыкли, есть хлеб, тостер для его подсушивания, масло, джем. Чай, два вида сока (не плохого), кофе и даже кофе без кофеина. Это не плохо и не хорошо, но есть выбор сходить в магазин и приобрести продукты по своему усмотрению. Благо через дорогу довольно большой торговый центр, с продуктовым супермаркетом и несколькими магазинами одежды и т п., в и.ч. GAP например. На стороне дороги отеля есть продуктовый Aldi, но туда лучше не ходите, там как в худшие времена нашей Пятерочки. Напротив Поди Старбакс, но мы там не были, т к. На Манхеттене есть два Старбакс Резёрв, идти надо строго туда и желательно в районе Челси, потому как обжарка зерна там (в здании Эмпайра не обжаривают). Есть ещё продуктовый Dollar, но только не тот который на противоположной стороне дороги, а на перекрестке направо (погуглите), там есть помимо продуктов без рецептурные лекарства, которые стоит притащить в РФ.

Cons:

החדר היה פשוט ביותר, הדלת בקושי ננעלה, הטוש היה מקולקל ורק אחרי יומיים תוקן. ארוחת בוקר טוסט, ריבה וקפה בעמידה בלי אפשרות לשבת.

Pros:

Fueron muy amables al guardar el equipaje de toda la habitación todo el día y por solo $10. Además enfrente pasa el bus express y hay un Aldi al lado y enfrente un Burlington. Muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado alguna otra opción de desayuno además de pan tostado

Pros:

L'emplacement par rapport à NYC est parfaite, il n'y a que 15 à 20 minutes de trajet en bus (navette ou autres bus), très pratique.
Les magasins étaient proches de l'hôtel (Aldi et petit centre commercial).
Nous avons toujours eu un personnel de disponible, à l'écoute et sympa.
Le petit déjeuner est ouvert de 6h à 9h, c'est à dire qu'ils mettent à disposition de la brioche à faire griller ou non. Sinon tout est à disposition toute la journée (café, jus, beurre, confiture, lait).
Le prix de l'hôtel est très abordable.

Cons:

Je dirais l'isolation, pas seulement celle d'en dehors des chambres mais par exemple dans notre propre chambre la douche et les toilettes étaient extrêmement bruyant.
Il n'y a pas de machine à laver dans l'hôtel mais dans une laverie à environ 10 minutes à pied qui fait tout à fait l'affaire.
La WIFI beugue, nous avons du aller plusieurs fois à l'accueil pour redemander un code de connexion.
La navette n'accepte que du liquide. Si vous voulez payer par carte vous devez prendre les autres bus de la ville.

Pros:

Le frigo et le micro ondes pour se faire à manger avec le Adladi juste à côté pour des course à moindre coût.
La navette qui nous dépose en plein centre.
Le confort des lits.
Le petit déjeuner simple et rapide mais qui a le mérite d'exister.

Cons:

Il manque juste quelques accroches sans la salle de bain pour accrocher les vêtements.

Breakfast is a joke, not in good repair and noisy.
Pros:

The redeeming feature is the bus which takes you straight to Times Square

Cons:

Worst thing was breakfast. Literally white bread and coffee. A line of tourists standing around the toaster. I felt so embarrassed for them. At the price they should have a full buffet. Would not stay here again. Sketchy internet, shower broken, gaps under door. Not in good repair.
