Homeless people hanging out front smoking by the entrance door, broke down cars up on wood blocks. Car parts in the front parking lot. Nothing like it was the other times we had stayed here. This will be our last time staying. They need to buy more towels they have a dirty look to them and very small. Too small to get yourself dry on. Trash was left in the hallway for 24 hrs. Don't know what happened to this hotel but it is very sad, because it is in a great location.

Had not enough towels in the room
Stayed four nights and my room never were clean
Second time here and was disappointed in the state of the room. Not as clean as the initial visit.
This would be the worst stay of my life. The hallways , rooms were dirty. There were couple of homeless people hanging out in the front all the time
Very dirty rooms and hallway
It was very nasty and a lot of domestic violence goes on there at that hotel. No clean towels when you need them. Doors didn’t lock and anyone could come in. It was very nasty and unsafe!!!
Had good WiFi
Service was not consistent. They would take our towels when we said not to. Never was able to get a full size towels when we asked the front desk.
Right off the highway
We checked in at 7pm and one of rooms wasn’t ready even though I called and told them we were checking in late. Also one of our room 104 smelled musty
The staff did everything they could to try and rectify the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't stay here and the manager issued a refund and directed us to other hotels that would be a better fit. She was extremely pleasant, understanding and helpful. The hotel itself is quite poor, but the staff was great.
The hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke from the lobby to the halfway, to the rooms. The pool was green and dirty. Employees live there with their families and sit outside by the lobby smoking which is most likely the reason the hotel smells like smoke as the door opens and it fills the lobby. We're not smokers and we have asthma and allergies, so that was unacceptable.
