The room was pretty nice
The corridors were awful. The carpet on the floor was disgusting. The door frame all banged up.
So convenient on I95 and nice location. Plenty of eateries and shopping.
Could have been cleaner but it was okay. Tile was not in properly in ceiling over shower leaving me feel uncomfortable. Pillows were not the best but bed was fine. Heat and air were quiet. No highway noise either.
Affordable and breakfast smelled good. Housekeeping was pleasant
Tv wasn’t working so I had to tighten stuff up in the back of it for it to work. And the lamp didn’t have a button so I had to use a coffee stirrer to click it to turn on.
The price was cheap and offered full refund if cancellation was necessary. Free parking.
The overall cleanliness, the other guests that were screaming and yelling in the halls at night. The smoking inside the building, the filthy carpets, loud music. A lot of people appeared to be on drugs including staff. Wouldn’t recommend staying with children, I definitely did NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE! Literally barricaded myself in the bedroom for safety when it was time for me and my children to go to sleep. Thank god it was only one long night. There were a couple of other families there. One that said they go there every year so maybe to some these things are cool but me it’s a no. I was supposed to have a double room. They weren’t even next to each other. I had a screaming maniac in between us. One of the TVs in one of the bedrooms didn’t work at all, so most of us piled into one room. The AC didn’t work and there was no way I was going to be using that pool.
Convenient, clean,
needed sleep after long drive. whew room smelled terrible. went an dbought cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole room to sleep
Not clean in the hallway and it appeared people were living there with one room with 2 beds housing around 7 people
This place is fantastic. Always a great experience. I'll be back soon
Took over 15 minutes to get acknowledged at front desk to check in , no one in sight another guest yelled back to a ms . Autumn and a mr. Adam at least 5 times to wait on front desk and let them know we were there , carpets were filthy , dirty towels outside of rooms , no quiet time as this hotel is being used as a permanent residence for several guest , broken down vehicles in parking spots with tires off being worked on , smoking in rooms with extreme smoke smell filling the rooms , this is basically a residential building for people and they must just rent a few rooms here and there to unsuspecting travelers , many dogs in hallways and constant barking to say this place is sketchy is an extreme understatement
Above statement
Close to outlets and 95.
Pretty much everything else. Noise, dogs barking, doors slamming through the night. Dead bugs in room. Smells from cigarettes and other odors. Bed was so firm and pillows were even harder. Got very little sleep and sore everywhere. My son couldn't sleep in his bed either and he can usually sleep on a rock. Too much to even discuss with anyone. Thank goodness that it was just for one night.
The front desk person was awesome at check-in. She had everything ready and got us in smoothly and efficiently and even gave me all the receipts for the rooms at check-in instead of at check-out or worse yet attempting to email me the room receipts which never work for some reason.
The "hot" breakfast was extremely dissapointing. I have stayed at multiple Wyndham properties and virtually all of them had much more than just waffles. Nothing else hot at all and since nothing else relatively close for my group to go eat at, they pretty much had to wait for lunch service at our conference at JCC.
I would not recommend this location based solely on that.
Pool was horrendous! Filthy.
Room AC didn't work. Had to wait for staff to get working after we returned from dinner.
Other residents at hotel, both floors, pot smoking and filling rooms with that smell. Some exterior doors had no locks or were "propped open" so security was and is a huge issue especially with student travelers or any traveler.
